Established Birth Center Members

The Established Birth Center memberships are designed for birth centers that are already open. In addition to the benefits listed under Benefits of Membership, Established Birth Centers receive the AABC Uniform Data Set, a sample Policies and Procedures Manual, Birth Center Standards, a Birth Center Information Packet, participation in the AABC Sister Center Program, Birth Center Member discounts on AABC publications, and free telephone consultation.

Annual dues are based on the gross revenue of the center:

$695 for centers with gross revenue $100,000 or less

$955 for centers with gross revenue $500,000 or less

$1695 for centers with gross revenue greater than $500,000

Developing Birth Center Members

Designed especially for individuals, groups, or institutions exploring or actively working on the establishment of a birth center. In addition to the benefits listed under Benefits of Membership, Developing Birth Centers receive one FREE registration to the AABC How to Start a Birth Center Workshop, discounts for additional registrations to this workshop, a workshop manual, a Birth Center Information Packet, sample Policies and Procedures Manual, 

Annual dues: Birth Center Standards, the AABC Uniform Data Set, participation in the AABC Sister Center Program, and free telephone consultation.
