AABC Launches New Organization Logo
Perkiomenville, PA. The American Association of Birth Centers (AABC) launched a new corporate logo marking a dramatic change in its visual identity since 2005. “Our new logo better communicates what the American Association of Birth Centers is all about,” says President Lesley Rathbun. We are vibrant and strong and experiencing tremendous growth in this industry. We wanted our logo to reflect all of those important facets.”
Though the logo has changed, AABC’s commitment to birth centers as a means to uphold the rights of healthy women and their families, in all communities, to birth their children in an environment which is safe, sensitive and cost effective with minimal intervention remains the same. AABC continues to provide exceptional member and birth center support and deep industry expertise enabling the organization to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships and rewarding member experiences.
Designing through an on-line platform allowed the organization to work with many artists from around the world ensuring the concepts were fresh and innovative. This new logo shows the organization as both creative and strong, both unified and diverse.
The new logo will roll out over the next six to eight weeks first in publications and social media then at the national convention in September in Pittsburgh and finally on the newly designed website.
