Talking Points Statement

March 23, 2018 - YOUR BIRTH CENTER NAME  is a member of the American Association of Birth Centers (AABC) and upholds the national Standards for Birth Centers.  Additionally, it is state licensed and nationally accredited by the Commission for the Accreditation of Birth Centers (CABC). We are proud of our quality outcomes locally, as well as the quality outcomes birth centers share nationally.

YOUR BIRTH CENTER NAME is not affiliated with the birth center in question. YOUR BIRTH CENTER NAME has provided low risk women and their families with high quality maternal and newborn health care in the community of LOCAL AREA NAME for XYZ years.

IF PRESSED FURTHER or asked directly about safety policies:
We hold strong partnerships with our neighboring hospitals and EMT transport should an emergency arise for either mom or baby. We remain a champion of childbearing families to be cared for in the birth center model of care by a midwife. This is their right.
