We are the oldest midwife-owned Birth Center still in operation and we're thriving! We’re expanding our team and looking for a dedicated, compassionate CNM who wants to make a real impact in the lives of growing families.

💼Your Role:
- Provide full-scope midwifery care including prenatal, birth, postpartum, and well-woman visits
- Attend births at the birth center and support natural physiologic birth
- Collaborate closely with a team that believes in respectful, family-centered care
- Educate and empower clients with evidence-based practices
- Participate in quality improvement and ongoing development of our programs
✅Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) licensed (or license-eligible) in Delaware
- Current AMCB certification and NRP/BLS
- Experience in out-of-hospital birth is a plus, but not required
- Warm, adaptable, and committed to midwifery philosophy
