Minnesota Birth Center is a free-standing birth center and health clinic led by CNMs in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.

Responsibilities:
• Maintains and supervises RN, birth assistant, and clinic assistant staffing and management
• Schedule creation
• Directs and oversees administrative projects
• Facilitates communication around policy changes, facility and operations updates, and procedure improvements
• Facilitates bidirectional communication between CNM and RN teams
• Manages nurse PTO and payroll
• Sits on Leadership Team
• Works on reviewing, updating, and improving P&Ps
• Special projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Licenses and certifications:
- Licensed as an RN in MN
- NRP
- BLS
Qualities:
- Committed to the philosophy of out-of-hospital birth
- Demonstrates leadership skills
- Experience in AP, IP, and PP nursing
- Competent in interpersonal communication, nursing skills and teamwork
- Displays flexibility in adapting to the ever-changing healthcare environment

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by furthering education
FTE Range: 0.8-1.0
Pay: $80,000+, depending on experience and qualifications
