Lilac Health Asheville Birth and Wellness Center is nestled in the heart of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and has been proudly serving the local community since March 2023. As a CABC-accredited birth center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional maternity, women’s health, and gynecology care through the full scope of the Midwifery Model of Care. Our mission is to create a safe, convenient, and comfortable experience for every patient while fostering compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based care.

Position
We are looking for a Full-Time Birth Assistant to join our team in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently licensed as an RN in the state of North Carolina or CPM
- Minimum of one year of experience in maternal/child health, labor and delivery, and neonatal care
- Previous experience in a birth center setting is desirable
- Current neonatal and adult CPR certification
- Passion for supporting physiologic birth and providing compassionate, patient-centered care
