Washington - Full-Time Midwife

ingPuget Sound Birth Center is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Midwife in Kirkland, Washington.

Puget Sound Birth Center (www.BirthCenter.com) provides prenatal, birth, and postpartum care to low-risk birthing people and their families. We are a busy birth center with 2 practices, each practice averaging 12 - 16 births per month, and offer birth in our free-standing birth center and in homes. We are looking to add a Full Time Licensed, CPM Midwife.

Responsibilities include:

• 15 call days per month
• Two 9 hour clinic days (with scheduled breaks)
• Postpartum home visits
• Being part of a cohesive, supportive midwife team. Working alongside an efficient and supportive admin team and birth center ownership in providing a safe, sustainable, respectful, inclusive and fun “family” approach to caring for clients and caring for each other.
• Providing professional midwifery services including consultations, prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum and newborn care in home and birth center settings.
• Precepting student midwives

Salary range $70,000 - $90,000
