Join a Growing Community Birth Practice in Great Falls, Montana.
Rose Mountain Midwifery is seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) or Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) to join our established birth center and home birth practice.
We provide comprehensive, relationship-based care including prenatal, labor & delivery, and postpartum services in both birth center and home settings. Our model centers physiologic birth, informed choice, and individualized care for families.
Position Overview
- Attend approximately 8–12 births per month (shared volume)
- Provide full-scope midwifery care: prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum
- Split call schedule and clinic responsibilities evenly with one other midwife
- Practice in both birth center and home birth settings
- Collaborate in a supportive, low-intervention, community-centered model
- A seasoned CPM on our team is willing to mentor and train the right candidate to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Qualifications
- Current CPM or CNM credential
- Eligible for licensure in Montana
- Current NRP, CPR, and other required certifications
- Commitment to out-of-hospital birth and client-centered care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
