Full-Scope CNM Position | Reading Midwife Center for Women’s Wellness, LLC | Reading, PA

Are you ready to reconnect with the heart of midwifery and provide meaningful, relationship-centered care? Reading Midwife Center for Women’s Wellness, LLC is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join our respected, free-standing birth center in Reading, Pennsylvania.

For more than 40 years, our birth center has provided exceptional care to low-risk women and families seeking an out-of-hospital birth experience. We are proud to offer a supportive, empowering model of care while also maintaining hospital privileges at Tower Health Reading Hospital, allowing us to provide continuity for clients who may need a higher level of care.

This full-scope role includes antepartum care, labor and birth support, postpartum and newborn care, and opportunities to provide gynecologic care. Our midwives enjoy a varied schedule, strong collaboration, and the opportunity to practice with autonomy in a warm, mission-driven environment.

We value provider well-being and have designed our schedule to maximize meaningful time off and support long-term job satisfaction. Our current rotation includes a week of office/second call, a week on call, and then a full week off every three weeks.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife who is passionate about physiologic birth, collaborative care, and supporting families through an individualized midwifery model. We may also consider a new graduate with strong labor and delivery experience and a clear commitment to birth center care.
