application review policy

All applicants are subject to a background check.  AABC reserves the right to deny a candidate on the basis of the results of the background report.  Candidates applying for the challenge course must submit verification of their experience and pass the qualifying exam.

Please note: All application materials must be submitted to AABC within 30 days of applying online.  After that time, your application fee will be forfeited and you will need to reapply if you wish to continue.  Once accepted, payment must be submitted within 15 days.

Refund policy

All application fees are non-refundable.  You may elect to cancel your registration after paying the course fee but before launching the course online.  In this case, you will be eligible for a refund less a 5% processing fee.

Course Extension policy

Please apply only when you are ready to begin as this training is non-refundable once you launch the course.  Students have six months to complete the didactic portion and must complete all course requirements within one year.  Students can extend this by six months by submitting a written request (a $100 fee applies).
