Building on your core documentation habits, this session dives into specialized clinical workflows—from bedside procedures and ultrasound scans to laboratory services. Experienced billers Nancy Koerber and Marnie Cabezas will break down the critical distinctions between standard Evaluation & Management (E&M) charting and procedural documentation requirements.

Designed for both clinicians and billing teams, this practical session delivers clear strategies to help you document specialized care accurately, protect your claim integrity, and maintain sustainable billing practices for the long term.
