Is your practice falling into the "Robbing Peter to pay Paul" trap?

Don't let prepayments and patient overpayments create financial instability. In this Office Hours session, IRC leaders Nancy Koerber, Marnie Cabezas, and Carla Morrow share a roadmap for handling upfront funds with clarity and integrity.

In this session, you will learn how to:

  • Manage Escrow: Collect funds upfront and hold them responsibly
  • Track Earned Revenue: Pay yourself as revenue is earned
  • Navigate Refunds: Determine when full or partial refunds are required
  • Mitigate Risk: Build financial policies that protect you from emotionally charged or legally risky refund disputes.

Let's build a financial policy that protects your peace of mind and your bottom line.

AABC membership is required for IRC Office Hours. Registration is free and open to all AABC members.
