Minnesota - Clinical Director (CD)

New Birth Wellness Center is seeking a Clinical Director to join their growing and vibrant team.

The Clinical Director serves as the executive leader responsible for the quality, safety, and integrity of all clinical operations at New Birth Midwifery. As the guardian of clinical excellence and midwifery philosophy, the CD ensures that every client encounter reflects evidence-based care, informed choice, and the organization’s commitment to physiologic birth and holistic wellness.

The CD oversees the clinical governance structure – including quality improvement, risk management, accreditation, and professional development – while mentoring clinical leaders to uphold the highest standards of practice. This role bridges the clinical and executive domains, translating mission into measurable outcomes and operational realities.
