Massachusetts - CNM/CPM

Seven Sisters Midwifery is the only midwife-owned and operated, freestanding birth center in Western Massachusetts. We offer full-scope midwifery care throughout a person’s lifetime including, prenatal and postpartum care, low-intervention birth, water births, routine GYN care, contraception management, preconception/family planning and menopause support. We promote a safe environment where each client’s unique needs are not only met but also celebrated.

We are looking for another CNM/CPM to join our team! Out of hospital experience appreciated, all welcome to apply. Looking to hire possibly both a part-time and/or full-time position. Also would consider a temporary assignment.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time or part-time options may be considered, tailored to candidate needs or preferences.
• New graduates considered especially with out of hospital experience.
• Participation in a rotating call schedule including weekends and holidays
• Generally the full time schedule is a 4 week rotation, seven 24hr call shifts (can be worked as 12s) in those 4 weeks, but there is some flexibility (usually called in every 2-3 shifts).
• Compensation - FT 125,000, dependent on experience.
